Hello, my name is Gary Bourgeault, and I am your digital reporter for this blog.
We are far past the point of saying that the internet is here to stay. Now the question must be asked, “How can I use it to add value to my customers?” Notice I did not say you should ask how it can grow your business. If you answer the first question right, the second will happen like you’re on automatic pilot.

I should know, I ran an internet business for years. It is surprising after all this time that a lot of companies and individuals, hoping to cash in on its potential, still make horrendous mistakes or simply don’t know where to begin or continue.
